Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MindWare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
